Suspension of Mirror Trader and ZuluTrade Services

Dear Clients,

Due to the recent decision by Metaquotes (the maker of MetaTrader4) to stop supporting signal providing services including ZuluTrade and Mirror Trader, FXPRIMUS will temporarily suspend our relationship with both of these companies until we find a suitable alternative to offer their services. This suspension will begin at the close of business, Friday June 7th.

If you are a Mirror Trader user with open positions as a result of Mirror Trader signals, you may still be able to view them in your Mirror Trader console, but you may not be able to place trades through their console. We would advise that you monitor and trade your account manually within the FXPRIMUS MT4 platform.

If you are a Zulutrade user with open positions as a result of Zulutrade signals, you may still be able to view them in your Zulutrade console, but you may not be able to place trades through their console. We would advise that you monitor and trade your account manually within the FXPRIMUS MT4 platform.

HO and Gas Rollover on 25 May 2013

Dear Clients,

We would like to remind you that HO and Gas rollover will occur on 25 May 2013. This means that any open HO and Gas trades on your MT4 account will be closed and reopened during the rollover at a new price with no price appreciation or depreciation. If you wish to avoid the rollover, you may close any open HO and Gas trades before the end of the trading day on 24 May 2013 at 24:00 MT4 time.

If you have any pending HO and Gas orders that do not trigger by 24 May 2013 at 24:00 MT4 time, they will be automatically canceled by our system. It is therefore your responsibility to reestablish any pending HO and Gas orders when the market reopens at 01:15 MT4 time on 26 May 2013.

Any hedged HO and Gas trades will be netted out and closed during the rollover. Hedged trades will not be reopened.
